David Howes represented the seller of both properties, Vast Holdings 702 Management Froup LLC, both owned by Brian Minter. The buyer was Zappos.com CEO and Downtown Project head Tony Hsieh.

Twain Plaza Sells for $7.3M


David Howes, representing the Seller, negotiated the sale of Twain Plaza, a neighborhood retail center in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley.  Sold to a California investor for $7.3 Million, this represented a 6% Cap Rate for the Sellers. 

This property is a 27,065 SF non-anchored Retail Strip Center on 2.05 Acres.  The Tenants, for the most part, are long term local Mom & Pop tenants with long leases and options.

KONAMI GAMING LEASES SPACE IN HUGHES AIRPORT CENTER

David Howes, representing Konami Gaming, negotiated a Build to Suit For Lease with Stoltz Management for Konami Gaming to take up residence in the Hughes Airport Center.  The 115,000 SF office warehouse is located at Sunset & Bermuda just south of McCarran International Airport.  Konami Gaming also has the option to purchase the property at several per determined increments during the term of the Ten Year Lease.
