EXPERIENCE

David Howes is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in Real Estate including Lending, Multiple Family, Retail Sales & Leasing, and Land Sales.  At one time, David worked as a senior loan officer.

Altogether, David’s real estate experience brings 18 years of integrity, enthusiasm and ability for his clients.  David has demostrated extrordinary skills in the marketing of a client’s property and establishing long term client relationships. In the years since moving to Las Vegas, David has had the opportunity to develop working relationships with a variety of clients -- from business and property owners to tenants.

David grew up in Massachusetts, spent several years in the Military, graduated from College and worked various jobs before entering the real estate field.
